Paul Provost - Pastor

Paul Provost was born in the Florida Keys in 1965. His family moved to central Florida in 1970 where he attend Orlando Baptist Temple and then Palm Spring Drive Baptist Church. After his mother's death in 1974 he moved back to the Keys to live with his grandparents where he attended Key West Baptist Temple. At the age of ten he went through the motions of a conversion but did not accept Christ as his Savior. His father remarried in 1977 and Bro. Provost moved back to central Florida and attended Palmetto Ave. Baptist Church.

In the fall of 1987 Bro. Provost started attending Atlantic Baptist Bible College. He was saved in his second year of Bible College in November. In July of 1989 he married Cindy, and had his first child, Rachael, one year later. A few months after graduating in May of 1991 he moved to Miami, began attending Grace Baptist Church and working at Grace Baptist Academy. His second child, Ruthanne, was born in 1993. He has been on staff in various roles of church and school ministry and in February 2023 was chosen to be Pastor.

Giancarlo Guerrero - Spanish Preacher

Giancarlo was born and raised in Miami, in a nominally Roman Catholic family. In his teens, he became involved with heretical and legalistic “Oneness Pentecostal” groups. Consequently, he spent his teenage years living very piously, and having knowledge of scripture, but without true faith in Christ alone.

As a young adult, he heard a clear presentation of the gospel of salvation by grace through faith alone, without works; this produced repentance and true faith in Christ. By God's providence, he found Grace Baptist Church shortly thereafter, where he began to grow in the faith under Godly pastors and mentors.

Since he was born again, Giancarlo has had a desire to preach and teach God's word. An opportunity arose in early 2023, when there was a need for a preacher in the Spanish services; Giancarlo accepted this role as Spanish preacher. He continues to serve God faithfully with his wife Rebekah, and their two young children.

Jeff Allen - Music Director & Deacon

Jeff Allen was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He trusted Christ as his Savior when he was sixteen years old. He attended Massillon Baptist College in Massillon, Ohio, where he met his wife Janet.  In 1986, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sacred Music.

Jeff and Janet returned to southwestern Ohio and served in various churches’ music ministries for the next twenty-six years. They have two married daughters, who serve the Lord alongside their families in their local churches.

After moving to Florida in 2012, they started attending Grace Baptist Church in 2020. Shortly after that, Jeff became the church music director, as he continues to serve the Lord with his life and to worship Him with God-honoring music.

Kevin Suarez - Spanish Minister

Kevin Suarez was born and raised under the sunny skies of Miami, Florida. In 2020, his life took a meaningful turn when he trusted Christ as his Savior. Not long after, a need arose at Grace Baptist Church for a Spanish Sunday School teacher—and Kevin stepped up, eager to serve and grow in his faith.

As he became more involved in ministry, Kevin's passion for serving deepened and he found great joy in teaching. Along the way, he met Ashlee Adams (who’d soon be Ashlee Suarez), who also served in the ministry, and the two eventually married. Today, Kevin continues to faithfully serve in the church’s Spanish ministry , with Ashlee by his side, both committed to honoring God through their lives and service.

Joshua Bush - School Principal

Joshua Bush was born in Long Beach, California in 1991. At the age of 10 his family moved to the eastern panhandle of West Virginia where he was saved and called to preach at Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church. In 2009 he graduated from Martinsburg Christian Academy.

In the fall of 2009 Bro. Bush started attending Commonwealth Baptist College. While attending Commonwealth Baptist College he would get married and begin pastoring at the New Hope Baptist Church in South Shore, Kentucky. Upon the completion of his studies in 2014 he served as pastor of New Hope Baptist Church until the Summer of 2016, when God called him to serve in Miami, Florida at Grace Baptist Church and Grace Baptist Academy.

God would keep him in Miami, Florida serving on staff until the summer of 2019 when he was called to help his father at Grace Baptist Church of Kearneysville, West Virginia. While there he would serve in different ministries and even help start the Christian School. God allowed him to return to Grace Baptist Church in the summer of 2023 where he serves in the church and is also the Principal of the Christian School.
